Three Months of Tickify: What the Team Has Learned, Built, and What’s Coming Next

Australian ticketing startup Tickify has wrapped up its first three months since launching their first event in March 2025 with strong momentum and positive early results. The platform, built to simplify ticketing and protect consumers, has quickly expanded its reach through global partnerships and local event success.

One of Tickify’s most notable early wins was its partnership with the Global Startups Club, a fast-growing international network of founders and investors. Through this collaboration, Tickify has launched events in major global hubs including Dubai, the United States, and the United Kingdom—demonstrating its potential as a scalable solution for event organisers worldwide.

Locally, Tickify powered the sold-out Pitch Perfect Match event, hosting nearly 100 attendees. Feedback from the event was overwhelmingly positive, with many guests highlighting the simplicity of purchasing and accessing tickets through the Tickify app.

Since March, more than 25 events have gone live on the platform across various regions, providing valuable insights that have helped the team refine features and improve performance.

Several product enhancements are currently underway, including:

  • Secure peer-to-peer ticket transfers with built-in verification, so fans can safely share tickets without risking scams or fakes.

  • Group booking options for event organisers looking to streamline ticket bundles and manage attendees more easily.

  • A redesigned website and app marketplace to further improve the organiser and attendee experience.

  • And the big one — a secure secondary ticket market. This will give fans a way to resell tickets fairly and transparently, all within the Tickify platform and secured by distributed ledger technology via their partner Lightlink.

This next phase of development reflects Tickify’s long-term goal: to provide a seamless, secure and fan-first ticketing experience, all powered by blockchain infrastructure through its technology partner Lightlink.

As a proudly Australian-owned and operated company, Tickify is actively onboarding local event organisers, promoters, and artists interested in using the platform and sharing feedback. For media enquiries or partnership discussions, contact CEO Phil at phil@tickify.io.
